After the band finishes the North American portion of the tour, they will travel to Australasia for the third leg and then Asia for two concerts in Japan.  The "Take Me Home Tour" has expanded from the original 15 shows that were scheduled for the UK and Ireland to the four legs that are now taking place consisting of approximately 120 performances.  When One Direction tickets initially became available, they sold out so quickly that it was necessary to extend the tour in order to keep up with demand for seats.  The members of the band want to keep fans happy and give numerous devotees the chance to obtain tickets and attend a show.
