Rémy Cointreau (Paris:RCO):

In accordance with the decision of the Board of Directors on June 2nd, 2021 (cf. press release of June 3rd, 2021), the share buyback programme implemented on June 7th, 2021, ended on December 8th, 2021.

Between June 7th and December 8th, 2021, the Group acquired 982 713 shares (representing 1.90% of the share capital of the company), at an average price of 172.51 euros.

As announced in the press release dated June 3rd, 2021, the shares thus acquired will be allocated to the following objectives: 1. Decrease the share capital by cancelling treasury shares; 2. Meet obligations arising from free share incentive programmes for employees and/or corporate officers of the company and/or its affiliates; and 3. Meet obligations arising from securities giving access to the share capital.

This decision does not affect the performance of the liquidity contract signed by the company.
