The Sub-Fund's investment objective is to seek an attractive long term rate of return on European stock markets by investing predominantly its assets in companies that will, based on the investment manager's opinion, structurally benefit from ageing, population such as, for example, financial savings, medical equipment, healthcare, leisure, pharmaceuticals, dependency services, household & personal care, auto manufacturers. The Sub-Fund will invest at least 75% of its net assets in equities and equity related securities (such as depositary receipts, closed-ended Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITS)) of companies that benefit from ageing population, domiciled and/or headquartered in Europe. There will be no restriction in terms of geographical exposure (except a maximum of 20% of the Sub-Fund's net assets in emerging countries), currencies in which investments will be denominated. However, depending on financial market conditions, a particular focus can be placed in a single country (or some countries) and/or in a single currency and/or in a single economic sector.
