Anlageziel Franklin Catholic Principles Emerging Markets Sovereign Debt UCITS ETF (der 'Fonds') bietet ein Engagement in auf Euro und US-Dollar lautenden Staatsanleihen, die von Schwellenländern begeben werden. Der Fonds ist gemäß Artikel 8 der EU-Verordnung über nachhaltigkeitsbezogene Offenlegungspflichten im Finanzdienstleistungssektor klassifiziert. Der Fonds sieht eine möglichst genaue Nachbildung der Wertentwicklung des ICE Catholic Principles ESG Emerging Markets External Sovereign Index (der 'Index') vor, unabhängig davon, ob das Indexniveau steigt oder fällt. Gleichzeitig versucht er, den Tracking Error zwischen der Wertentwicklung des Fonds und der des Index zu minimieren. Der Index basiert auf dem ICE BofA Diversified Emerging Markets External Debt Sovereign Bond Index (der 'übergeordnete Index') und setzt sich aus auf US-Dollar und Euro lautenden Staatsanleihen von Schwellenländern zusammen.
