By virtue of the powers granted to Benoît Potier, with power of subdelegation, by decisions of the Board of Directors dated 9 February 2021, confirmed on 28 July 2021 after the Combined Annual General Meeting of 4 May 2021, Fabienne Lecorvaisier, Executive Vice Président of L'AIR LIQUIDE S.A. in accordance with the powers delegated to her by Benoît Potier, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer dated on 28 July 2021, reminds:

As a result of the share subscription reserved for employees, 1, 098,738 shares of the company with a par value of 5.50 euros were issued, bringing the company's share capital from 2,605,761,719.00 euros to 2,611,804,778.00 euros.

As a result, Air Liquide’s share capital effective immediately stands at:

2,611,804,778.00 euros

Divided into 474,873,596 shares with a par value of 5.50 euros each.
