Fondsstrategie zu H2O Multistrategies FCP - NC EUR ACC

The objective of the unit is to outperform the daily capitalised EURSTR by 1.95% per year, over a minimum recommended investment period of 5 years, after deduction of management fees. The EURSTR (Euro Short-Term Rate) corresponds to the interbank market benchmark rate in the eurozone. It is calculated by the European Central Bank. For indicative purposes, the Fund's performance may be compared ex-post to that of the following composite index: 50% of the MSCI World Developed Markets index (net dividends reinvested) - this equity index represents the main global capitalisations of developed and emerging countries - and 50% of the JP Morgan Government Bond Index Broad (coupons reinvested) - this index comprises international government bond securities with a minimum rating of BBB- (Standard and Poor's) or equivalent. This is because the investment policy for the UCITS (undertaking for collective investment in transferable securities) is based on a highly dynamic management style that seeks performance across all international interest rate, equity and currency markets, regardless of market environment. The management team sets up directional strategies (tracking the general direction of markets), taking both relative and arbitrage positions (to take advantage of movements in the markets relative to each other) on the interest rate, equity and currency markets. The manager's investments on the interest rate markets remain within a duration range of -6 to +14. Modified duration is measured as the ratio between price changes and rate changes. Furthermore, exposure to equity markets ranges between -75% and 75% of net assets. The Management Company relies on its teams and its own methodology to appraise the credit risk. In addition to this assessment, the Management Company may use ratings from rating agencies. The UCITS may be exposed to all currencies, bonds of any kind (e.g. issued by governments or companies, regardless of their financial rating), equities and securitisation vehicles at up to 20% of its net assets. These exposures may be spread over all geographic regions, both in developed countries (e.g. the eurozone, the United Kingdom, the United States and Japan) and in emerging countries.
